About Noam Glick
Noam Glick’s journey from corporate defense attorney to passionate advocate for employees and consumers reflects a career defined by purpose. He earned his undergraduate degree in Economics and Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, followed by a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Michigan. This academic foundation gave Noam Glick a deep understanding of how policy, economics, and law intersect to shape people’s lives.
After completing his studies, Noam Glick worked as an environmental policy consultant in Washington, D.C., before pursuing law full-time. In 2007, he graduated cum laude from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, ranking in the top 10 percent of his class and serving as Editor of the Loyola Law Review. Following graduation, he clerked for the Honorable Gary Klausner of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California—a prestigious experience that strengthened his foundation in federal litigation and legal reasoning.
For several years, Noam Glick practiced as an employment attorney defending major corporations. However, during that time he recognized a troubling truth: the individuals on the other side of his cases were often hardworking people seeking fairness, not advantage. Witnessing their struggles reshaped his professional mission.
In 2014, Noam Glick founded Glick Law Group, a firm dedicated to representing employees and consumers exclusively. His practice focuses on employment law—addressing wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and unpaid wages—alongside consumer protection and environmental justice. Through strategic litigation and personal advocacy, Noam Glick ensures that those without power have a voice against those who abuse it.
Known for his analytical rigor and empathy, Noam Glick approaches every case with meticulous preparation and genuine care for his clients’ outcomes. His reputation as a principled litigator stems from his ability to balance tenacity with compassion, always keeping the client’s story at the center of the strategy.
Outside of his legal career, Noam Glick and his wife remain actively involved in philanthropy. Their private foundation supports initiatives in education, environmental conservation, and community development. This commitment to giving back mirrors the values that define both Noam Glick’s personal and professional life.
Today, Noam Glick stands as a respected voice in employment and consumer law—an attorney guided by conscience, strengthened by experience, and trusted by those he represents. His work continues to reinforce a simple but powerful belief: justice should be accessible to everyone.
